Financing by United American Mortgage Corporation -Phil Andrews

Phil Andrews is currently working as Mortgage Loan Officer with United American Mortgage Corporation located in Anaheim Hills. Phil started on the ground floor of the lending business back in 1973 working in the collections department of a large regional bank. During the next several years, he worked in a variety of roles as a processor, underwriter, originator, and eventually assumed responsibility of managing the loan department. Relocating to Southern California in the late 1970’s proved to present a wealth of opportunity for Phil in the lending business. Working with direct lending institutions for the next 20 years provided Phil with the expertise and depth of knowledge needed to excel. His involvement in the origination and portfolio management of residential, commercial and industrial real estate laid the groundwork for his current success.

Since deciding to originate residential mortgage loans full time, Phil has been successful in helping his clients during all types of market conditions. His business is derived largely by referral, due to the strong relationships he has grown and maintained with his business partners and clients.

Phil currently resides in the city of Anaheim with his wife Shelli and two children. Phil is active in his community as well, serving as an executive board member and treasurer of the Canyon Hills Community Council since 1995.  This local grass roots organization bands together throughout the year to produce various community events including a spectacular Fourth of July Celebration. Additionally Phil was a founding member of the El Rancho Charter School Board and a past president of the Anaheim Hills Rotary club.

When not working or volunteering his time to the community, Phil enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and practicing his digital photography skills. Phil is licensed to do mortgage lending through the California Department of Real Estate. CA DRE #01256893. NMLS #236767.

“The most important part of my job is communication. I know the purchase/refinance process can be a confusing and sometimes frustrating process for many people. I will take the time during an initial meeting to discuss and explain all available options. After that initial meeting you can count on the fact that I will keep you and everyone involved in the process informed and updated through every step of the transaction.”

Free Loan Pre-Qualification

Bold indicates a required field

Why Get Pre-Qualified?

  1. Pre-qualification acts as a dry run of the loan application process. The mortgage lender will use details you provide about your credit, income, assets and debts to arrive at an estimate of how much mortgage you can afford. The whole process may take only minutes or a few hours at most, and is free.
  2. While a "pre-qual" is non-binding to the lender (because the information you provide has not been verified), it does serve as a good indication to potential sellers of your general creditworthiness.
  3. These days most sellers will NOT accept an offer without at least a pre-approval letter, so if you are serious about buying this is the first step towards getting you in your new home.
